Commercial Terms & Conditions

All wholesale orders placed with Kamo Wholesale are subject to acceptance and confirmation at our sole discretion. Pricing, product availability, and minimum order quantities are communicated at the time of order and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms are strictly net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title to goods remains with Kamo Enterprises Ltd until full payment is received. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. By engaging in trade with Kamo Wholesale, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; the current version will always be available on our website.
